Its been a pretty slow month for me. 3 weeks ago i went down pretty hard on my left wrist, i was just putting a foot down doing a g turn and my foot slipped strait out of the shoe witch made me go to flat on my wrist. i got xrays and nothing was broken but i only could ride for the first time yesterday. then after today's sesh it swelled up a little bit so I'm thinking i might keep of it for another week or so. i head back to corona cali tomorrow so I'm really excited about that. here is a pic from bmx games at the start of the year. photo cred - caleb mondon.

Dennis is back 100% now, he says he's been riding everyday again. He just got back from a Nike trip To AZ.Looks like he'll be busy most of the year. He's off to Toronto for the bike show comp, then to Australia. He's exited for both trips cause he says he hasn't done to much international travel , i think that will all change this year for him
